現在私たち会員研修委員会は2024 JCI ASPACアンコール大会に向けて、皆様に高松の魅力を伝えられるよう、鋭意準備を進めています。

Information from the Takamatsu Junior Chamber Membership Training Committee.

We, the Membership Training Committee, are currently working hard to prepare for the 2024 JCI ASPAC Encore Convention so that we can convey the charms of Takamatsu to everyone.

私たちがASPACで出展するブースでは、鬼をテーマの一つにしています。本日は、鬼のことを御紹介します。あの「桃太郎」は、私たちが住む瀬戸内海を舞台としています。そして桃太郎が鬼を退治しに向かった鬼ヶ島は、香川県高松市の女木島だとされています。女木島には広さ400㎡の鬼ヶ島大洞窟があり、そこでは鬼たちが暮らす様子が再現されています。暗い洞窟の中で鬼たちに囲まれることで、桃太郎の物語の中に入り込んだような雰囲気を味わうことができ、とても楽しい場所です。

One of the themes of our booth at ASPAC is demons.Today, I would like to introduce you to demons.”Momotaro” is set in the Seto Inland Sea, where we live. The island where Momotaro went to killdemons is said to be Megijima in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture. On Megijima, there is theOnigashima Cave, which is 400 square meters in area, and it recreates how the demons live there.By being surrounded by demons in a dark cave, you can experience the atmosphere of steppinginto the story of Momotaro, making it a very fun place.

鬼ヶ島

女木島には洞窟以外にも「オオテ」と呼ばれる、高い石垣に囲まれた家々の、迷路か城塞のような町並みなどの見どころがあります。

In addition to caves, Megijima also has a maze of houses surrounded by high stone walls called “ote”, which are like mazes or fortresses.
